About Tend
Tend was founded by Mary Cooke, with almost 10 years experience in the wellness industry, a certified yoga teacher, barre instructor & PT Level 3, she combines all of theses skills and knowledge to offer individualised coaching to suit your personal needs & goals.
Tend Wellbeing was created to support people to return to their bodies and enjoy what they are capable of, help you find the types of exercises you love and keep you motivated with personalised programmes.
Tend programmes integrate movement & exercise with mindfulness and relationship to self to create a holistic approach to training and fitness.
