Tend Method Coaching

Tend Method Coaching is a compassionate and progressive view on “getting fit.” Acknowledging that there is no separation from body & mind this method of coaching brings together many different elements of Mary’s expertise to create a holistic approach to fitness training.

In these sessions you can expect personalised grounding & embodiment practices woven together with mobility, strength & skills exercises that align with your goals, plus mindfulness, stretching & relaxation with the offering of therapeutic assists.

Due to the nature of these sessions they are held in a private studio, they are great for anyone who doesn’t get on well with the gym environment, for those or feel over stimulated in busy areas and anyone who wants to focus on fitness in a calm & supportive setting.

They can also be held online via video call if you have a space at home you can use.
