For smaller spaces there is the option to do practices that can be done in a chair, such as breath-work, mindfulness, meditation, and chair yoga.

Classes a guided in a no-pressure, relaxed way, making them accessible for as many of your employees as possible.

Let’s have a call - we’ll arrange a time to have a quick call and talk about it in more detail.

Taster class - a taster class is normally recommended so we can troubleshoot anything and see how the class works in the office.

Book a block of sessions!

Regular check-ins - its good to check in regularly - you might want to mix the class type up from time to time, add in an extra class for Mental Health Awareness week or a special practice as part of your next team day.
