Tend Method Training
Grounded, Mindful & Holistic Personal Training in Bristol & online
The Tend Method coaching is a calm, compassionate and progressive approach to personal training. It recognises that body and mind are deeply connected, bringing together movement, strength and mindfulness in every session.
Each training session is designed to meet you where you are, combining grounding and embodiment practices with mobility work, strength training and skill development. You’ll also experience moments of mindfulness, stretching and relaxation, with the option of gentle therapeutic assists to help you release tension and reconnect with your body.
Sessions take place in a private Bristol studio, offering a peaceful alternative to the busy gym environment - ideal for anyone who prefers a quieter, more focused space to train and build confidence..
