Your Training Plan Is Built
I’ll create a personalised programme based on your goals, schedule, and available equipment.
You’ll complete your sessions through the app, with regular updates, feedback, check-ins and adjustments as you progress.

No. Your online coaching is built around your current level, whether you’re completely new or more experienced.

That’s fine. Sessions can be built around whatever equipment you have available.

I recommend 2–3 times per week, but it depends on your goals and schedule.

Yes. You can message me any time and I aim to respond within 48 hours, Mon-Fri. We will also arrange a monthly check-in where you can feedback and ask me anything you need.

We’ll agree a time to chat each month to review progress, answer questions and make any changes needed.
