£150 pcm

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. Your online coaching is built around your current level, whether you’re completely new or more experienced.

  • That’s fine. Sessions can be built around whatever equipment you have available.

  • I recommend 2–3 times per week, but it depends on your goals and schedule.

  • Yes. You can message me any time and I aim to respond within 48 hours, Mon-Fri. We will also arrange a monthly check-in where you can feedback and ask me anything you need.

  • We’ll agree a time to chat each month to review progress, answer questions and make any changes needed.

  • I’d recommend at least 3 months to build consistency and have time to see progress.
