Mary: Yoga Teacher, Barre Instructor & Personal Trainer
Mary feels best when she is helping others find their love for movement.
She’s passionate about creating a supportive and encouraging environment for people to learn and explore at their own pace. She has extensive experience working with those who are new to exercise & yoga.
On retreat Mary will be guiding yoga & flexibility classes, strength & movement workshops & restorative sessions.
Mary adores how retreats can offer a unique opportunity for people to go deeper into their practice or training and have those ‘aha!’ moments in movement.
She also loves retreats as an place for people to form bonds and connections, to support each-other & have some fun!
Paul: Awakening Yoga Teacher & Personal Trainer
Paul teaches Awakening Yoga which is a progressive yoga system with an emphasis on ritual and self inquiry.
He discovered yoga initially whilst working as a nurse, being quite physically active but not proactively looking after his body. From there he discovered everything else that the practice has to offer. As a teacher he has continued to develop his understanding through Advanced teacher training, breath work with The Oxygen Advantage, mobility approaches with FRC and training with his own coaches and teachers.
On retreat Paul will be offering yoga, calisthenics & movement sessions. His teaching style is encouraging, empowering, explorative & playful.
